When will I receive a tracking number?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS.

Shipping time?

All orders are shipped within 5-8 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday

 What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). Bronze Ajae is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by UPS or USPS.

 Do you ship international?

At this time, we only ship to the US

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. 

What if I input the wrong address?

No worries, email us at support@bronzeessentials.com and we can try to update that order ASAP.

How often do you restock?

We restock our website bi-weekly.
